How does TideMedix work?
TideMedix connects you with licensed physicians for prescription weight management — all online. You complete a 2-minute health assessment quiz, a board-certified physician reviews your information (usually the same day), and if approved, your medication is shipped free to your door within 2–3 business days. No office visit required.
How long does the process take?
The health assessment takes about 2 minutes. A licensed physician typically reviews your information the same day. Once approved, your medication ships via 2-day delivery. Most patients receive their medication within 2–5 business days of completing the quiz.
Do I need insurance?
No. TideMedix plans are self-pay and do not require insurance. Everything is included in your monthly price — medication, physician evaluation, ongoing support, and free 2-day shipping.
Is a prescription guaranteed?
No. A licensed physician independently reviews your health information and makes the final determination on whether a prescription is appropriate for you. If a prescription is not approved, you will receive a full refund.

What medications does TideMedix offer?
TideMedix offers physician-prescribed weight management medications including Semaglutide (starting at $149/month) and Tirzepatide (starting at $249/month). Both contain FDA-approved active ingredients and are prescribed by board-certified physicians based on your individual health profile.
How do I know this is safe?
All prescriptions are reviewed and approved by board-certified, US-licensed physicians. Medications are dispensed by accredited pharmacies. TideMedix is LegitScript-certified, which is an independent third-party verification of compliance with pharmacy and healthcare regulations. Your health information is encrypted and HIPAA-protected.
What are the potential side effects?
Common side effects of GLP-1 medications may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and stomach pain, particularly when starting treatment. These often decrease over time. Your prescribing physician will discuss potential side effects with you and monitor your treatment. Contact your physician immediately if you experience severe or persistent side effects.
Who should NOT use these medications?
GLP-1 medications may not be appropriate for individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma, have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), have a history of pancreatitis, or have Type 1 diabetes. Your physician will evaluate your eligibility based on your complete health history.

How much does it cost?
Semaglutide plans start at $149/month. Tirzepatide plans start at $249/month. Both include medication, physician evaluation, ongoing medical support, and free 2-day shipping. No hidden fees. Multi-month plans are available at a reduced monthly rate.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your monthly price includes everything — medication, physician review, support, and shipping. There are no enrollment fees, membership fees, or surprise charges.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees for month-to-month plans. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@trytidemedix.com or calling +1 (833) 365-5589.
What is your refund policy?
If your prescription is not approved by the reviewing physician, you will receive a full refund. For other refund requests, please contact our support team. Refunds for shipped medication are handled on a case-by-case basis.

How fast is shipping?
We offer free 2-day shipping on all orders. Most patients receive their medication within 2–5 business days of completing the health assessment and receiving physician approval. Medications are shipped in discreet packaging.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
We ship to most U.S. states. Availability may vary based on state telehealth regulations. During the checkout process, you'll select your state and we'll confirm eligibility for your location.
