Tidemedix is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed physicians for the evaluation and potential prescription of weight management and other medications. We do not manufacture, compound, or directly dispense medications. All prescriptions are reviewed by board-certified physicians and fulfilled by accredited pharmacies.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Be a resident of the United States
Provide accurate and complete health information
Have a valid email address and phone number

4. Medical Disclaimer

Tidemedix does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are made by licensed, board-certified physicians who independently review your health information. A prescription is not guaranteed — the physician may determine that treatment is not appropriate for you based on your health history. If a prescription is not approved, you will receive a full refund.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary. Tidemedix does not guarantee specific weight loss outcomes or health results. Any statistics referenced on our website are based on published clinical trial data and may not reflect your individual experience.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars
Pricing includes medication, physician evaluation, and shipping
No insurance is required
Recurring subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
You may cancel your subscription at any time

7. Refund Policy

If your prescription is not approved by the reviewing physician, you will receive a full refund. Once medication has been shipped, refunds are subject to our returns policy. Contact support@trytidemedix.com for refund requests.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No cancellation fees apply.

9. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your health assessment. Providing false or misleading health information may result in inappropriate treatment and could endanger your health. Tidemedix reserves the right to refuse service if information is found to be inaccurate.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tidemedix website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Tidemedix and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidemedix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Manatee County, Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
